Tata Carnatica is a mid-size sedan launched by the Indian automaker, Tata Motors. It is available in two variants: the 1.4L diesel and 2.2L diesel engines. The car was launched in 2012, but it did not get much popularity at first due to its high price tag. However, things changed after a few years of its launch when Tata reduced the price of the Carnatica by almost Rs 10 lakhs and also offered lucrative discounts on some variants. Nowadays, Tata has come up with an all new model called Tata XZ which is expected to be launched in 2020 and will compete with Maruti Suzuki Ciaz and Honda Amaze.
