Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
OrgBubble and AllMy.Bio as a subscription based service does not offer a refund for mid contract cancellation of services, but, instead, the user will be provided services for the remainder of their monthly subscription where upon services will not be renewed the following month.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers will receive a refund for the remainder of the year after the termination has been initiated and the current month service has been delivered. Services for the remainder of the current service month will be provided. The remainder of the year will be refunded directly to the originally banking or credit information used by the user.
Annual Subscription Guarantee and Exception
Annual subscribers can receive a full annual refund within the first month of use if dissatisfaction can be expressed. OrgBubble and AllMy.Bio will reserve the right to analyze the accounts progress and growth during the first month to determine refund qualification.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
